A couple years back I caught an Egyptian Lover show that blew my mind......Of course he ran through all the classics like "Egypt, Egypt", "Yes", "What Is A DJ", etc....But he also ran through some newer joints that definitely caught my attention...
Instead of hopping around on the stage like so many so-called M.C's - "E.L." put on a real motherfuckin performance with theatrics, suspense and true showmanship.....
The 5th Element crew recently caught up with the mysterious Electro pioneer to chop it up about Uncle Jamm's Army, Ice-T, Radiotron, The TR-808, Analog vs Digital, etc.....
