At one point in time it seemed as if RZA could do no wrong....
Up until the release of Bobby Digital he set a new standard when it came to grimy beats....Somewhere along the way his production style changed and he started to incorporate more live instruments into the mix (Which altered his style for the worse in my opinion)...
Regardless I will always value his contributions to the art form...

yeah, Rza might be the owner of the dubious distinction of being the best producer who fell off the most..fuck...he's been picking it up a lot lately tho so we'll see.. i don't think it was the live instrumentation that took him down so much as it was his fuckin', just refusal to dig out those same typa samples.
It was a combination of many things in my opinion....
1...The change of production equipment...
2..Learning music theory...
3...Live instruments....
These are all debatable, but it would take forever for me to break it down....
