" Reading Is Fundamental "

Damn, T.V. is so ridiculous these days sometimes I feel like totally eliminating it from my life.....Whatever happened to quality shows like Three's Company, White Shadows, Rap City, MTV Raps, Sanford & Son, Temptation Island, Different World, etc ?.....

HAHAHA.....

It's times like this that I unplug from the matrix and pull out some books to exercise the mind....If I don't read at least two books a week, I start to feel like I'm slipping.......YA HEARD........

1..M.F. Grimm- "Sentences"..

Wow, this is an autobiography/ comic book/ truly inspirational story......While most fake thug types spit nonstop true lies over tracks, M.F. has actually lived that life out to it's fullest extent......He goes into detail about the shooting that took place that left him paralyzed (Unfortunately) and numerous other circumstances that will keep you glued to the pages....

Go out and cop this book, I promise that you won't be disappointed....

2..Ian Glasper- "U.K. Hardcore"..

I would rather listen to grimy ass hardcore/ punk rock records, than these wierdo, perpetrator rap dudes......SERIOUSLY....

Ian takes us back to the hardcore world of punk rock 1985-1989.......Some people would argue that hardcore in the U.S. died in 1984, so it's interesting to read about a flourishing scene elsewhere during this time period....This is a very thorough book- you might just learn something if you decide to pick it up....

3..Sean Patrick Griffin- "Black Brothers INC"..

Black Brothers INC "The Violent Rise and Fall Of Philadelphia's Black Mafia" breaks down what was/is popping off in the black Philly underworld from the 60's up until now.... Contrary to popular belief- many brothers have graduated from low level crook beginnings and have managed to organize and enforce their own rules and regulations.....

It seems as if the mainstream media are unable to believe that there are/were actual black criminal masterminds.....They always refer to brothers as gangbangers, hoods, thugs, etc......But if you take the time to read this book, you will realize that some dudes out in Philly were on a whole other level when it comes to putting in work...

Over 300 pages of ill crime stories.....
